How and when do I use these?

Product     When to use         How to use 

Face Reality Sulfur Spot Treatment	As needed on pimples, active breakout, anything that is about to pop up.	Cover affected area(s) up to three times a day.  Start with applying once a day and work your way up to avoid irritation or drying of the skin.
GlyMed Sulfur Masque	As a mask 2-3 times per week or as a thicker spot treatment on pimples.	Apply a thick layer of the masque to the affected skin once a day.  Leave on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse.  Start with once use daily and work up to two or three if needed.
