Membership Terms

1. Membership Perks
The Bubbly Club members enjoy:
  • Member pricing ($10 off) for one monthly facial.
  • One pre-determined FREE monthly skincare perk.
  • $10 off additional facials (can gift up to 6 additional facials each year when guest is accompanied by a member).
  • 10% discount on select products and devices
  • 10% off on add ons
  • $15 birthday credit (available to use during your birthday month only)
  • First priority access to studio events.

2. Membership Commitment
All memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months, beginning on the date of the first installment.
Early cancellation during the initial term is not permitted.
Outstanding balances not paid are subject to interest and retrieval fees after 30 days of deliquency.
After the initial 3-month period, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis unless canceled per the terms outlined below.

3. Monthly Installments & Payments
Membership fees are charged monthly on a recurring basis to the payment method on file.
All installments must be paid in full prior to membership cancellation or activation of a freeze.
All payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage, and may only be applied to services included in the membership or those specifically designated for members.

4. Booking & Use
Member facials should be booked within the billing cycle. If a member is billed but does not receive their monthly facial, the value of that month’s charge will be credited to their Member Beauty Bank.
These funds:
  • Accumulate month to month with no expiration during active membership
  • Can be redeemed for future services or upgrades
  • Cannot be refunded, transferred, or used for retail products or gratuities
  • If your beauty bank balance equals 3 times greater than your monthly installment, you are authorized to share your membership one time for one month with up to 2 guests. You must accompany them to their appointment.
  • Beauty Bank dollars are retained during freeze periods but must be used within 60 days of membership cancellation. Any dollars remaining in Member Beauty Bank after 60 days are considered forfeited.
Members are still subject to Bubbly Facial Bar’s regular cancellation and no-show policies.
Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled solo appointment.
Group bookings require 48 hour cancellation. A group is considered as 2 or more guests. You may substitute a guest without cancellation.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice for your solo appointment or less than 48 hours for your group appointment, you will receive a 50% charge for the service total. Your membership balance will first be charged and any remaining will be charged to the card.
In the event that you should no-show your appointment (anything less than 30 minutes notice before your scheduled appointment time) your credit card on file will be charged 100% of your total service ticket to allow for the opportunity to reschedule the missed appointment.

5. Membership Freeze Policy
Members may request to freeze their membership for up to 3 months within any 12-month enrollment period, only after completing the initial 3-month term.
To freeze your membership:
All dues must be paid in full.
A written request must be submitted to info@bubblyfacialbar.com.
No charges will be made during the freeze, and the membership term will be extended accordingly.
Any unused credits will remain available for use when the membership resumes. ONLY with specific permission are freeze dollars allowed to be used during a freeze period. Please contact **info@bubblyfacialbar.com** to inquire.

6. Cancellation Policy
After the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice at least seven (7) days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@bubblyfacialbar.com. Verbal, text, or social media messages will not be accepted.
If notice is given fewer than 7 days before your next billing date, one final charge will be processed, and your membership will end in the following month.

7. No Refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable, and unused services do not roll over beyond the allowed three (3) facial credit limit.
Missed appointments or unused months do not qualify for reimbursement.

8. Modifications to Agreement
Bubbly Facial Bar reserves the right to update this agreement or adjust membership pricing with 14 days’ advance noticevia email or posted to our website. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By enrolling in Club Bubbly, you agree to abide by the terms listed above.
